United Tribes University ("UTU", "we", "us") operates this platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old to create a UTU account. If you're between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms with you. Enterprise subscriptions require a registered business entity.

• You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
• One human, one account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access at hello@unitedtribes.university.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Our courses are free for individual learners. You may not:

• Resell course content or certificates.
• Use automation to bulk-submit quizzes or final exams.
• Share certificate credentials issued in another person's name.

We reserve the right to revoke certificates obtained by fraud or automation.

• Plans start at $99/month for founding partners. Pricing is shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the billing period.
• You may contact UTU graduates only through the channels they expose. Bulk outreach, scraping, or off-platform resale of candidate data is prohibited.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of a charge — email partners@unitedtribes.university.

You retain ownership of everything you submit (lab work, talent profile, contact-form messages). By submitting, you grant UTU a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, and reasonably modify that content for the purpose of operating the platform (e.g., showing your project on your profile).

You can request removal of your content at any time by emailing hello@unitedtribes.university.

Don't do any of the following on UTU:

• Harass other users, faculty, or staff.
• Post illegal content, malware, or attempts to compromise the service.
• Use the AI Tutor to generate harmful, deceptive, or copyright-infringing material.
• Resell, rent, or commercially redistribute UTU course materials.
• Misrepresent yourself or your credentials.

UTU course content, branding (including the crest), and curriculum are © United Tribes University. You may share short excerpts for non-commercial review or commentary, with attribution.

You can close your account at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including without notice for egregious abuse (e.g., automated cheating, harassment).

UTU is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that courses will be uninterrupted, error-free, or result in any particular career outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UTU is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for free users, is zero).

If we make a material change to these Terms, we'll post the new version at this URL and notify account holders by email. The "Last updated" date at the top is always current.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
